The free OpenWGA forums plugin is a ready to use application featuring multiple forums, moderator functions, user registration, mailing lists, intergrates RSS-feeds, a fulltext search, integrated BBEdit encoder and more.

Manage any number of forums with this application. 

A single forum is managed by a "moderator" having special rights in this forum. A moderator may edit or delete any topic or reply in his forum, move entries to a different forum or close any topic. In addition he may mark topics as TOP-Topic.

Forums may be "open" or readonly.

The forums plugin comes with an integrated ready to use user registration. Alternatively you may use any other authentication source.

Forum users can request to be informed about new replies via mail or subscribe to the automatically generated RSS feed.

The forum can be styled to almost any layout to fit that of your other sites (see the OpenWGA Forums as an example).
